A $400 NON-REFUNDABLE CONTRACT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A DATE. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS INCLUDES IN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY, PANDEMIC, WORLDLY MATTER, DEATH, ETC. IN THE EVENT THAT THE RENTER’S EVENT IS OR HAS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE LISTED THE RENTER’S EVENT WILL BE CREDITED AND TRANSFERABLE FOR UP TO SIX MONTHS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH NEXT VISION EVENTS NO REFUND POLICY & YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED WHAT SO EVER.
Failure to provide remaining balance two weeks prior to the event will forfeit your contract.
A refundable security deposit of $125 is due the day of event.
