Next Vision LLC Event Space

can seat up to 75 guests with tables, 100 guests without tables.

Event Space Hours: 9am to 11:30pm

In-House Rentals Included:

• 50 White chairs

• (4) 60” round tables_ seats 8
. (4) 48" round tables_ seats 6

• (2) 8’ rectangular tables

• (2) 6’ rectangular tables

High-Speed Wireless Internet 

On-site  Parking Available / No outside activities Allowed in parking lot.

We require appointments for venue tours. Please contact Sharika or call the office at 843-410-9596 to schedule your visit.

 

 

Deposit Schedule:

• Upon execution of the event space contract a $400 (non-refundable) deposit , that will be applied towards remaining balance. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

$125 Cleaning fee Deposit

A Refundable cleaning deposit is due 7 days before renters event or the day of renters event but before renters start time (access TO VENUE WILL not BE GRANTED UNLESS cleaning FEE IS PAID). It covers damages, gum, CANDY OR CAKE on floors, extreme marks on walls, broken items, fights, stolen property, or lack of cleaning trash, trash left outside of venue , glitter or confetti, you must return THE venue the way it was before entering or renters cleaning deposit will be forfeited.
